This website is operated by ABD Services. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ABD Services.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, access to the digital product is provided immediately or shortly after purchase. No physical items are shipped.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • Your device meets any technical requirements stated in the product description

  • You have read and understood the product description before purchase

3. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given express consent.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content, and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins.

Once access to the digital product has been granted, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Compatibility issues

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Lack of technical knowledge

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • The product was not delivered due to a verified fault on our end

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error

5. Account & Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to digital products

  • Remove access to associated services (including Discord)

  • Restrict accounts involved in abusive behaviour, fraud, or policy violations

Access may also be revoked if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, content, branding, logos, files, and materials sold on this website remain the intellectual property of ABD Services unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files

  • Upload products to third-party platforms

  • Modify and resell our content as your own

Unauthorised distribution may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after a digital product has been delivered:

  • Access to products and services may be suspended immediately

  • Evidence of delivery and access logs may be provided to the payment provider

Fraudulent activity may be pursued where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Technical incompatibilities outside our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
